We booked one of their downstairs rooms for cocktails/drinks and nibbles. It was lovely and clean and well set out for the 8 of us. Service was fantastic and they read our minds and appeared when we were thinking of our next drinks. Very professional and made our party feel very welcome. Highly recommend!
This is a great place to visit for either breakfast, lunch or just tea and cake. They had great gluten free options and the staff were very careful with the allergy. The staff were really attentive and were happy to help and explain anything the party needed them to. The decor was really cool. We had lunch in the map room which was so interesting and the room took us back in time. The food was delicious and we would definitely visit again.
Only here for some cocktails after a meal else where, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the drinks were good, particular note was Ross, very knowledgeable and attentive. It was a lovely relaxed vibe and I certainly felt very chilled having a couple of cocktails with my wife.
What a gem of a place!! 3 of us popped in Cabinet Rooms for a cocktail. We ended up having multiple cocktails and a slice of incredible basque cheesecake!! The staff were lovely and welcoming, great music and atmosphere and the cocktails were the best I have had in a long time, you can tell a lot of care and high quality ingredients went into them. I am already planning a return visit! Highly recommend!!
Mum and I visited here for lunch yesterday. She has been before and loved it so wanted to take me. Love the atmosphere here. We shared the cheese peach chutney toastie and the whipped feta on toast. Fab sourdough used. My favourite was the whipped feta on toast. Planning to being the rest of the family for cocktails soon! Thanks :-D
Amazing experience, beautiful cosy fitout with comfortable seating for our group to sit, chat and catch up. Lovely knowledgeable staff that recommended some fantastic cocktails. Food was 10/10 aswell. Best olives I’ve had!! If you’re a lover of a good cocktail this is your place. Try the praline martini and the espresso martini. Can’t wait to go back!!
Outstanding! From the attentive staff, to the amazing food they serve, to the wonderful atmosphere that transcends and transports you into a world of love, culture and art. We discovered this piece of gem by pure chance, when exploring the city centre and thought we should try it out, as it looked very interesting when passing through...what a wonderful surprise we’ve had! The best basque cheesecake I’ve tried so far in the UK! The sandwiches they serve are authentic, made with the most delicious home bread Just before we left, we had the pleasure to exchange a few thoughts with one of the owners...such a pleasure, such a wonderful spirit It will always now stick with us “the Bloomsbury group and their - “live in squares, paint in circles and love in triangles” Life’s magic is everywhere and in everything !
Super friendly service, they found us a lovely spot to sit without a booking. I tried the Red Velvet hot chocolate and it really does taste like cake!
